2.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Disrupt or damage the operation of the Platform
• Copy or duplicate content without permission
• Send spam or engage in unauthorized commercial activity

3.1 Listing Requirements

Sellers who list land must:

• Have the legal right to sell the land
• Provide accurate information about the land
• Provide valid supporting documents
• Disclose all material information about the land
• Update the listing if anything changes

4.1 Tanigate's Role

Tanigate acts as a platform connecting sellers and buyers. We:

• Provide a platform for listing and searching for land
• Facilitate communication between sellers and buyers
• Are not responsible for the quality or legal status of the land
• Are not directly involved in purchase and sale transactions

Tanigate's service fees include:

• Listing fees for sellers (if any)
• Transaction commission (if applicable)
• Fees for any additional services you choose

All fees will be explained transparently before you use them.

All content on the Tanigate Platform, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and visual identity
• Text, images, and interface design
• Source code and platform technology
• Data and analytics produced

is the property of Tanigate or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

7.1 Disclaimer

Tanigate is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from transactions between users
• The accuracy of information provided by sellers
• Legal disputes concerning land ownership
• Losses due to force majeure or system disruptions

You agree to indemnify and hold Tanigate harmless from any claims, losses, or costs arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Violation of the law or third-party rights
• Improper use of the Platform
• Content you post on the Platform

Any disputes that arise will be resolved through:

1. Amicable deliberation to reach consensus (musyawarah)
2. Mediation with a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration under BANI (Indonesian National Arbitration Board) rules

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Tanigate reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will:

• Be announced on the Platform
• Take effect once published
• Be binding if you continue to use the Platform
